Covid-19: NYC 5 Boroughs, Nassau & Westchester to 10.04.20

NYC boroughs saw common policy events, like school re-openings and limited restaurant indoor dining, but Nassau and Westchester did not share the same dates for those events. Interesting, or curious, how sometimes they all move in sync nevertheless… related to weekend reporting patterns?
