Covid-19: NYC’s Five Boroughs Comparison

Staten Island clearly had more confirmed cases per 100,000 population than any of the other boroughs since the beginning of September. Till Brooklyn overtook it within the last few days. How long is it going to bring case counts back down again to prior levels? Three weeks as it looks like in the case of Nassau county? Or longer? Worth keeping in mind that in-person classes start in NYC public schools on the 29th and indoor dining in restaurants starts on the 30th.
