Covid-19: NYC vs. Westchester & Nassau Counties, cases per 100K population

This was prompted by the spike in cases following the re-opening of Hofstra University for in-person classes in the last week of August. This NYS data reported to Johns Hopkins University is at the county level so, without town level data for West Hempstead, it is difficult to say if the sustained rise in cases is limited to Hofstra and West Hempstead or if it has spread further into Nassau county.
