Number of service requests to NYC’s 311 from 2004 to 2016: 24.54 million
What is the difference between “Paint – Plaster” and “Paint/Plaster”? Looking at the actual details of a few of each type of classification will likely reveal the answer but I haven’t gone that granular yet. But I’d be curious to see what patterns exist in the number one complaint – heating. Another mining expedition for another day…..
